Five Miles of Gorilla Art
Generally, gorillas, with the exception of Koko, are not known for their art. Guerrilla art can be seen wherever people can bring a spray can. Both interest Aura Raines, particularly the gorilla art of the Space People.
The Pleiadians have long bolstered their art through a public relations campaign. The Arcturians like to use broad swaths of color. Plutonians prefer ode sculptures that never unfreeze. Recently, the punk style from Draco has been making an impression, turning the heads or beaks of critics.
Walking through the old railway tunnels is a good way of seeing the diversity of expression. Indeed, tunnel art served both the gorillas and the space aliens. As the visitor walks deeper into the tunnels, recurring images of aliens, abductions, and cosmic phenomena appear.
To Aura, the primitive tags at the tunnel mouths are equivalent to a quick “TFTC” that geocachers log—a mark of mere presence. The elaborate, multi-layered aerosol murals deeper in the concrete sheds are narrative logs showing a complex vision.
Because Clarians have a macro, long-term view of planetary history, Aura does not see the tunnels as a battleground between historical preservation and vandalism. They are nothing less than interplanetary expressions.
